Are you having trouble with your computer login?
1. Restart your computer.
2. Check the login and try again. Remember that logins and passwords are case sensitive.
3. Try changing your password with Rapid Identity. If you are a student, ask your teacher to change your password for you.
4. If your computer, Google, or O365 logins are still not working, please email the Help Desk with specific information so they can fix it for you. You can also call them at 225-686-4329.
5. If you are having trouble with a login for a specific educational program, consult the digital resource master list for the person to contact for assistance. If you are a student, contact your teacher for assistance.

-name of person who the account belongs to
-which account(s) is having trouble with logging in
-login being used
-password for account
-employee or student ID number
